As the countdown to the March launch continues, GameQbator Labs has been hard at work finalizing details and ensuring the release is something fans will remember. * Card Printing Underway:The much anticipated new base set cards are being printed this week, marking a major milestone in the relaunch process.
* Collect-A-Con Launch: MetaZoo's official launch is set for the March 28th, 2025 at Collect-A-Con. This event will serve as a springboard for broader distribution, with fans getting an early look at the game in action
* Alpha Product Release:Ahead of the base set launch, Alpha products are expected to drop. These will offer fans an opportunity to learn the game and prepare for the full release. Details on availability and formats have yet to be announced.
* Future Sets in Development: Set two has a lot of its art completed and moved into development, while design work for sets three and four is also underway.
Charlie emphasized that the MetaZoo team has opted for a more measured approach to promotions. Rather than releasing partial information, they aim to provide fans with full context for storylines and products as part of a coordinated marketing ramp leading into the March launch. However, fans can expect doubled art reveals over the coming weeks, offering a glimpse into the creative process and an opportunity to engage with MetaZoo artists.
As Charlie noted, this is the final phase of anticipation before fans will regularly enjoy new MetaZoo sets. The coming months are packed with activity, and March promises to be an especially exciting time for the community.
