Secret Shadows Launch Weekend Brings a Special Tournament to New Jersey

With Secret Shadows officially launching this weekend, MetaZoo is kicking off release day with a special tournament event at the New Jersey Collect-A-Con! Ben from MetaTwo stopped by MetaZoo Monday and shared all the latest details including format, prizing and how players can jump into competitive matches throughout the day.

Here's everything you need to know if you plan on attending (or just seeing what's at stake!).

A New Tournament Format for Release Weekend

Instead of a single long-form event, MetaZoo is offering Organized Play matches every hour, giving players the flexibility to compete when they are available.

Every win matters. Each match awards the winner the following:

2x Packs of Secret Shadows

1x Organized Play Point

At the end of the day on Saturday, the top 8 casters with the most wins will move on to the Day 2 Showdown. Overall Rewards are as follows:

1st Place - 6 BOOSTER BOXES of Secret Shadows

2nd Place - 3 BOOSTER BOXES of Secret Shadows

3rd Place - 2 BOOSTER BOXES of Secret Shadows

4th Place - 1 BOOSTER BOX of Secret Shadows

5th - 8th Place - 6 Booster Packs of Secret Shadows
